10 Day Package

Accelerated Freefall course (AFF) - including rental of equipment needed; 

PADI Open Water Diver course - including rental of equipment needed; 

9 Nights Accommodation on a B&B basis; 

Visit to the Cheetah Centre; 

Visit to Pilanesberg Game Reserve in search of the Big Five; 

Collection from and drop off at OR Tambo International Airport; 

Transport related to the above.

Suggested Itinerary: 

Day 1 Friday We will collect you at OR Tambo International Airport on arrival of your flight. We then will proceed to your B&B for check in. After check in and time to settle in final administration details will be sorted out. The afternoon will be spent at the Drop Zone doing the Ground School portion of your Accelerated Freefall skydiving course after which you will be returned to your B&B. 

Day 2 Saturday After an early breakfast you will be on your way to back to the Drop Zone where you will be doing the Levels 1 to 3 of the AFF course. 

Day 3 Sunday After an early breakfast you will once again be on your way back to the Drop Zone where you will be doing levels 4 to 6 of the AFF Course. 

Day 4 Monday After breakfast you will be on your way to the swimming pool where we will get started on the pool sessions. 

Day 5 Tuesday After breakfast we will spend the rest of the day completing the pool sessions required. 

Day 6 Wednesday After breakfast we will be on our way to go and do our Open Water Dives 1 & 2. Once the dives are finished we will travel to Pilanesberg for our guided night drive trying to spot the big five. 

Day 7 Thursday After breakfast it will be back to the diving site to complete the last of the required Open Water Dives to qualify as a PADI Open Water Diver. 

Day 8 Friday After early breakfast we will be on our way to the Cheetah Centre for our guided tour. 

Day 9 Saturday After breakfast its back to the Drop Zone to continue with level 7 & 8 of the AFF course. After skydiving we will be having a barbecue at the Drop Zone. 

Day 10 Sunday After breakfast you will check out of you B&B and its back to the Drop Zone to complete Level 9 & 10 of the AFF course. Additional skydives can be done if you feel like you need more. These will be for your own account. Later that afternoon or early evening we will drop you off at OR Tambo International Airport for your flight back home. 

NB The above itinerary is a guideline and the order may change if necessary. 

Any AFF Levels or scuba dives that need to be repeated will be for your own account and are not included in the list price. 

The only meals included are breakfast and the barbecue at the Drop Zone. All other meals, beverages and items of a personal nature are for your own account. 

All transport not related to the above and flights to South Africa will be for your own account. 

Rental of equipment for skydiving and scuba diving is included in the above, if you want to buy any equipment to take back with you, talk to us as we do offer competitive prices.

Elephant Back Safari (2-3 Hours)

Transfer to “The Elephant Wallow” through the Letsatsing Game Reserve giving guests an opportunity to view game along the way. On arrival, welcome drinks are served and guests are given an introductory talk and introduced to the elephants and their handlers prior to the commencement of the safari. After approximately an hour on elephant back guests return to “The Elephant Wallow” for refreshments whilst watching a dvd of the safari.

Hiking Trail (3-4 Hours)

Our hiking trails focus on locating and observing the inhabitants of the Pilanesberg National Park from a different angle - on foot. Guests are accompanied by a qualified guide who will share his/her extensive knowledge and experience on both fauna and flora. Excursions depart in the early morning.

Canopy Tour (3 Hours)

The Magaliesberg Canopy Tour® takes you on a journey through the ecology and geology of one of the oldest mountain ranges at the world - estimated to be 2,500 million years old. Eleven platforms have been built against the cliff and rock faces of the spectacular Ysterhout Kloof, a beautiful gorge carved out of the mountainside, and are joined by long steel cables that you slide along to reach the next platform. Much like a "foefie" slide, the canopy tour essentially involves zigzagging down the kloof while stopping at each platform to admire the expansive views and surrounding ecology.

Sodwana Bay (5 Days)

Sodwana Bay lies in the cultural heartland of KwaZulu Natal's Elephant Coast and is globally renowned for its bio diversity, both on land and below the oceans surface. The spectacular coral reefs are amongst the southern most tropical coral reefs in the world and the shallowest sighting of a living "fossil", the coelacanth was filmed and documented in the off shore canyons. Sodwana Bay is the home to one of the top 10 dive sites in the world. We will spend 5 days / 4 nights at Sodwana Bay enjoying the surroundings and completing 5 scuba dives. It is possible to use the 5 dives to complete your PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course for an additional fee. Included in this experience is: Transport to and from Sodwana Bay; National Park entrance fees; 4 Nights accommodation; 4 Dinner meals; 1 Breakfast meal on departure day; 5 Scuba Dives; Rental of equipment.

17 Day package

Basic package as above; 

Sodwana Bay add-on as above; 

8 additional skydives over 2 days; Additional accommodation B&B basis for the extra days not included in the basic package and the Sodwana add-on package.

As per Basic package above without the scuba diving.
